2. Service Description
StreamDE Pro provides IPTV streaming service with access to live channels and video on demand content.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Keep credentials confidential
- Don't share with unauthorized users
- Notify us of unauthorized access
- One subscription per customer
4. Payment Terms
- All prices in EUR including VAT
- Payment due before service activation
- No chargebacks — contact us first
- Refund policy: 30 days, full refund
5. Acceptable Use
You may NOT:
- ❌Redistribute or resell access
- ❌Use VPN to bypass restrictions
- ❌Share credentials publicly
- ❌Use for commercial broadcasting
- ❌Attempt to hack or exploit service
6. Service Availability
- We target 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance notified 24h in advance
- No liability for force majeure
7. Intellectual Property
All content accessed through StreamDE Pro belongs to respective copyright holders. Users must respect all intellectual property rights.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. Users may cancel anytime with the 30-day refund option.
9. Limitation of Liability
StreamDE Pro liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.
